Unfortunately we had some problems with the electronics in the OS1.0 computer head units.  If you are having troubles with your OS1.0 computer please return the head unit to us for a warranty replacement of an OS1.1 computer head unit.

Send defective product to the following address.  Make sure to include your return address and a contact daytime phone number, and email address (if available) inside the packaging.
