Essentially, the Gamebike product controller "replaces" the traditional PS2 controller, so theoretically, you could use any PS2 game and the Gambike's input would move the character/object in the game. However, what you want are games whose software are conducive to getting a good experience out of the Gamebike, i.e. racing games with wide fields of play.
That being said, the racing games that seem most enjoyable to the staff here, and to other owners, are racing games that have a very wide field of play/maneuverability (i.e. not a tight enclosed track), such as Splashdown! (jet-ski racing game) or the Off-Road Fury series (quad-cycle racing game). Other favorites are the Star Wars series of fantasy driving games, and The Simpson's driving game.
Some games, such as Gran Turismo 3 (car racing game) or Moto GP3 (superbike racing game), have extremely sophisticated software and are much more difficult to play with Gamebike, as such games lend themselves to the more the immediate input of a traditional controller and not the Game Bike controller.
