The CatEye Orbit and Loop are sold in "Try Me" mode to allow someone to turn on the light to test it, but have it automatically turn off after 30 seconds to avoid draining the batteries. To turn "Try Me" mode off: From the OFF position, push and HOLD ON for 10 seconds the LED flashes rapidly. "Try Me" Mode is now deactivated.
